- Creation of the 3Ds: Our team creates 3D images from videos we produce or receive from the client, utilizing technology certified and approved by Amazon. Our specialized team handles the entire process from start to finish. We will professionally light and scan your product, ensuring it’s ready to be used in your Amazon listing
- Amazon Publication: Once we’ve uploaded the material to the client’s Amazon account, it will be approved, and you can start enjoying 3D images on your listings. For this process, brands must grant us limited access to their Seller or Vendor Central account in order to upload assets. Amazon’s approval typically takes 5 to 8 business days, although according to their legal terms, it may take 3 to 4 weeks.

Normally, brands send the products to our offices by their own means, but we can also handle the pickup and subsequent return. For this, we will send a quote that must be approved by the client
In most cases, we can identify products that may not be suitable for 3D scanning and will notify you in advance. However, once submitted, Amazon will still attempt to model and scan the product.
Please note that not all 3D scans will result in a usable model. If a scan fails during the capture process or Amazon’s internal processing, it indicates that the product may not be a good candidate for 3D scanning.
3D scans are a complimentary service, independent of any other purchases. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on other services in the event of a failed 3D scan.
